一、windows系统下Anaconda3中的tensorflow的安装

**
①在https://pypi.org/project中搜索下载tensorflow的.whl文件

②下载好后将其放入Anaconda3\Lib\site-packages文件下，在该文件夹下打开Powershell窗口运行
pip install tensorflow-2.1.0-cp36-cp36m-win_amd64.whl

二、遇到的错误

①问题：Cannot uninstall 'pyasn1'. It is a distutils installed project and thus we cannot accurately determine which files belong to it which would lead to only a partial uninstall.
解决：
1. 卸载pyasn1，删除site-packages的相关文件
2.https://pypi.org/project/pyasn1/#files在官网上下载源码，gz格式的，下载 之后将其解压后放到刚刚的文件夹里
3、https://pypi.org/project/pyasn1/#files在官网上下载源码，gz格式的，下载之后将其解压后放到刚刚的文件夹里；
4、然后cd进入根目录，输入以下代码进行安装：
python setup.py build
python setup.py install

解决： pip install six --upgrade --ignore-installed six
