Unable to load authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password'

Before I met this problem many times but I didn't write the solution down. It cost me a lot of time to search for the solution everytime I met it. So start from 10/16/2018 I start to make a record for every single problem I may met in the future. 

So today the problem is when I tried to connect with MySQL server by ODBC, the IDE shows that  <Unable to load authentication plugin 'caching_sha2_password'>. I checked in the internet, it shows that MySQL update the passwork encryption which is SHA256-based methods. This new authentication plugin on the server requires new versions of connectors and client to support the connection.(I didn't try in this way). So I tried to confirgure something on the MySQL server. Anyway, it works.

what we should do is I execuate this statement <alter user root@localhost identified with mysql_native_password by 'password'; >. After the execuation the App can connect with the server by ODBC.
