解决步骤如下：
增加 WinRE 恢复分区的大小：
在C:\WINDOWS\system32> 新增文件 Resize_script.ps1

以管理员身份打开cmd：

重启尝试更新
若不行继续调整恢复分区大小
使用图吧工具箱2023 里的磁盘工具 DiskGenius

调整分区大小如图分区名称 Recovery

调整剩余空间尽量大一些，可以调整到1GB以上
运行 DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth 等100% 完成
运行 sfc /scannow 等100% 完成
重启后继续点击重新更新
