pip更新以及安装包的时候遇到报错

解决方法：（指定超时时间）
pip --default-timeout=1000 install -U pip

2、WARNING: pip is being invoked by an old script wrapper. This will fail in a future version of pip

解决方法： （python -m 会指定你当前使用的python版本）
eg:python -m pip install torchtext（包名）

3、error: could not install packeages due to an environmenterror: [winerror 5] 拒绝访问。:

解决方法：
用管理员的身份运行shell （windows power shell）
或者是指定用户：python -m pip --default-timeout=1000 install --user xlrd （–user就是指定用户）【管理员运行shell 万能语句 解决大部分问题】
