配置MAVEN_HOME和path

注意一定要点击所有确定离开，否则可能不生效。同时还应配置好 JAVA_HOME,配置成功后结果如下

修改配置文件

1.依赖本地缓存(本地仓库)

2.配置国内阿里镜像

3.配置jdk17版本项目构建
