解决 com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure 报错

在springBoot整合myBatis的测试过程中遇到了这个错误

com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: Communications link failure

The last packet successfully received from the server was 317 milliseconds ago.  The last packet sent successfully to the server was 314 milliseconds ago.
	at sun.reflect.NativeConstructorAccessorImpl.newInstance0(Native Method) ~[na:1.8.0_181]

	后面还有一大串

解决方法，在连接字符串中 加上 useSSL=false 就好了
或者将useSSL=true 改为 use=false
表示禁用SSL
