手动从本地导入jar包报错，[拒绝访问]

因需要换springboot版本，然后jar包下不下来，从别人那边要来一下jar包，手动导入时报错，报错信息如下：

打包命令：

mvn install:install-file -Dfile=D:\maven\repository\org\springframework\boot\spring-boot\2.5.14

 -DgroupId=org.springframework.boot 

-DartifactId=spring-boot-starter-parent

-Dversion=2.5.14  

-Dpackaging=jar

错误原因是：-Dfile除了需要本地jar包的路径还要包含jar包本身名称，修改后：

mvn install:install-file -Dfile=D:\maven\repository\org\springframework\boot\spring-boot\2.5.14\spring-boot-2.5.14.jar  

-DgroupId=org.springframework.boot

-DartifactId=spring-boot-starter-parent

-Dversion=2.5.14  

-Dpackaging=jar

导入成功。
