问题

ubuntu下使用man命令查看signal函数

$ man 3 signal

出现

No manual entry for signal in section 3

原因

ubuntu下需要补充安装manpages手册

解决办法

网上搜索后，尝试yum install man-pages，发现ubuntu环境下无法使用yum

$ sudo yum install man-pages
There are no enabled repos.
 Run "yum repolist all" to see the repos you have.
 You can enable repos with yum-config-manager --enable <repo>

遂使用apt-get

$ sudo apt-get install man-pages
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package man-pages

最后使用命令安装

$ sudo apt-get install manpages-posix manpages-posix-dev

成功解决
