AndroidStudio报错：com.android.support和androidx.core冲突

环境：
AndroidStudio版本：3.3.2
win 10系统

AndroidStudio报错信息：

> Manifest merger failed : 
Attribute application@appComponentFactory 
value=(android.support.v4.app.CoreComponentFactory)
 from [com.android.support:support-compat:28.0.0] AndroidManifest.xml:22:18-91
  	is also present at [androidx.core:core:1.0.0] AndroidManifest.xml:22:18-86 
  	value=(androidx.core.app.CoreComponentFactory).

系统提示解决办法：

Suggestion: 
add 'tools:replace="android:appComponentFactory"' 
to <application> element at AndroidManifest.xml:23:5-39:19 to override.

出现这个问题后，按照一贯的做法，就是复制报错信息百度，当然也解决了问题。感谢大牛的解决办法和无私奉献。

查找一圈后，还是连环报错，接着，我按照系统提示的方法试了试，还真解决了。

对于本版本的AndroidStudio，解决办法如下：

• 在Manifest.xml 文件下application中添加如下一行代码

<application
        ......
        android:theme="@style/AppTheme"
        tools:replace="android:appComponentFactory">
