How to use MinGW to compile the ProtoBuf
1. After install Qt-MinGW_5.3_32bit, append the system environment path:
C:\Qt\Qt5.8.0_mingw530\Tools\mingw530_32\bin
2. Download the ProtoBuf code
3. Open CMake GUI, drag "protobuf-3.0.0\cmake\CMakefileList.txt" and select the build directory.
4. Specify
(a) MinGW Makefiles, and Specify native compilers
(b) Fill gcc compiler path & g++ compiler path
5. Configure, then Generate, A Makefile will be generated in the build directory.
6. Open Command Line, Enter the build path directory, run the following command and wait til finished
mingw32-make
7. After Compilation, there will be *.a libs and exe produced
