下载es-head

 git clone git://github.com/mobz/elasticsearch-head.git
 cd  elasticsearch-head
 npm install
 或者
 npm install phantomjs-prebuilt@2.1.16 --ignore-scripts  # 忽略phantomjs-prebuilt插件

题外话：centos下面git安装：参考：centos git 安装

配置es：修改elasticsearch.yml,解决下可能存在的跨域问题
```
 http.cors.enabled: true
 http.cors.allow-origin: "*"
```
启动es-head
```
 cd elasticsearch-head
 npm run start
```
