springboot聚合工程中不继承的另一种写法

springboot聚合工程如果父项目在自己公司依赖有继承，spring官网提供了另一种方式构建springboot项目，如下：

		<dependencies>
			<dependency>
				<groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
				<artifactId>spring-boot-dependencies</artifactId>
				<version>2.1.6.RELEASE</version>
				<type>pom</type>
				<scope>import</scope>
