One of the important add-ons to the ABSs is content caching to alleviate network congestion and decrease latency, especially for delay sensitive users. We assume that ABSs can cache some popular contents when they are not on-duty. When a user triggers a request, it can be responded to by both ABSs or MBS, depending on the location, requested content, and type of application.
