       - schema_reference.4: Failedto read schema document'http://www.springframework.org/schema/context/spring-context-3.0.xsd', because1) could not find the document; 2) the document could not be read; 3) the rootelement

        of the document is not <xsd:schema>.

       - cvc-complex-type.2.4.c: Thematching wildcard is strict, but no declaration can be found for element'context:component-scan'.

启动报这个的错误。

原因 : pom.xml文件中spring的版本与spring配置文件里spring的版本配置不一致。

pom.xml中：

		<springVersion>4.1.1.RELEASE</springVersion>
	</properties>

		<dependency>
			<groupId>org.springframework</groupId>
			<artifactId>spring-web</artifactId>

改成同一版本之后启动成功

原因：还有一种情况是xml文件中有中文的空格，或者开头的地方多了空格。也会出现这种错误。
