想学习Delphi了,那个版本好呢`~

最近下了个Delphi 7.0,不知道这个版本怎么样,好想学它啊.

有几个问题不明白:
1) 这个版本比以前多了什么功能?
2) 这个版本写出来的程序打得包能有多大?
3) 这个版本的优势在哪里? 做web方面有特长吗?
