＜dependencyManagement＞与＜dependencies＞的闹剧

持续一天的闹剧在这一刻有了解答。。。。。我还以为我的maven仓库失效了，找了半天maven仓库的问题。因为我这一天配置完pom文件后，update project一直不起效，没有从仓库下载jar包。现在发现竟然是我自作聪明地把下面dependencies的两个dependency放到了上面<dependencyManagement><dependencies>里（因为先看完了老师的视频没有一步一步跟着做）

晚上看老师视频找问题，给挪到外面，问题就没有了，jar包下载就很顺利了。。。
