ubuntu18.04编译安装php时出现的Cannot find OpenSSL's evp.h

在编译安装时，./configure 已经配置了–with-openssl-dir=’–with-openssl=/usr/include/openssl --with-openssl-dir=/usr/include/openssl/'并且已经安装了openssl但是还是出这个问题Cannot find OpenSSL’s <evp.h>，一番尝试，成功解决：

sudo apt-get install -y autoconf g++ make openssl libssl-dev libcurl4-openssl-dev
sudo apt-get install -y libcurl4-openssl-dev pkg-config
sudo apt-get install -y libsasl2-dev

将上面的安装执行一遍，然后将配置改成默认的–with-openssl，后面不用加路径就可以了，感谢github上的大佬解决编译安装php时出现的Cannot find OpenSSL’s <evp.h>
