Solving the issue of installing mongodb on win8

<span style="font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">Today, I try to install mongodb on my PC which is win8 OS. I executed the command which copy from mongodb site.</span>

The original command is:

msiexec.exe /q /i mongodb-<version>-signed.msi INSTALLLOCATION="C:\mongodb" ADDLOCAL=ALL

But nothing was put into the specify folder after this command.

Later, I try to remove the parameter :

/q

It can work well, and also pop up a dialog.
