UVA - 11991 Easy Problem from Rujia Liu? map+vector

题目大意：给出n个数，m个询问，询问为v k，要给你输出k在n个数种第v次出现的位置

解题思路：用vector数组记录出现的位置，但题目的n有点大，所有用map来进行映射
