Installing prebuilt packages

On Mac OSX：

brew install librdkafka

On Debian and Ubuntu：

apt install librdkafka-dev

On RedHat, CentOS, Fedora：

yum install librdkafka-devel

Installing librdkafka using vcpkg：

# Install vcpkg if not already installed
$ git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg.git
$ cd vcpkg
$ ./bootstrap-vcpkg.sh
$ ./vcpkg integrate install

# Install librdkafka
$ vcpkg install librdkafka
