spring项目启动报错:Instantiation of bean failed; nested exception is java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError

异常信息:

一直没从以上的异常信息中找出原因，知道仔细看异常信息发现：

properties文件没找到所以报出java.lang.NullPointerException

遂想到应该是没发布到target目录下:

重新编译项目，启动成功
