修复各种Swift语法错误：

环境: ArcGIS Runtime for iOS 100.5.0

Fix
- Cannot assign to value: 'bufferDistance' is a 'let' constant
- Cannot assign value of type 'Int' to type 'AnyObject?'
- Cannot assign value of type 'String' to type 'AnyObject?'
- Cannot assign value of type 'Double' to type 'AnyObject?'
- Cannot convert return expression of type 'AGSGeometry?' to return type 'AGSPoint'
- Cannot convert return expression of type 'CGFloat' to return type 'Double'
- Cannot convert return expression of type 'NSMutableArray' to return type '[AGSGraphic]?'
- Cannot convert value of type 'Any' to expected argument type 'AGSGraphic'
- Cannot convert value of type 'AGSMapView' to expected argument type 'TFMapViewWrapper'
- Cannot use optional chaining on non-optional value of typ
