3 更改配置发送邮件

 config/environments/production.rb

4 设置头像

 config/gitlab.yml

把 plain_url 的注释去掉，写成如下内容：
plain_url: "http://gravatar.duoshuo.com/avatar/%{hash}?s=%{size}&d=identicon"
重启服务

5 重启服务
 /opt/gitlab-7.1.1-0/ctlscript.sh restart
