Error:(2, 0) Plugin with id 'com.github.dcendents.android-maven' not found解决办法

    在写程序的时候，我们经常会从gifhub上下载一些别人的代码来学习或是下载一些第三方的插件来使用，这个时候我们就要把对方的library文件导入到我们的项目中，问题来了，有时候会提示 Error:(2, 0) Plugin with id 'com.github.dcendents.android-maven' not found这个错误，怎么解决呢．其实，很简单，只要在我们的project项目中的build.gradle文件中加入两行代码，重新编译一下就ＯＫ了．

     注意：这里是项目根目录下的build.gradle，不是app下的，也不是你导入的library下的．
