JS中日期字符串格式化

* 如果想将日期字符串格式化,需先将其转换为日期类型Date。

在*.js文件中定义并添加过滤器：

	             format = format.replace(RegExp.$1, RegExp.$1.length == 1
	                            ? date[k] : ("00" + date[k]).substr(("" + date[k]).length));
	        }
     }
	    return format;
