How to install mmsegmentation 0.x

Linux Command:

conda create -n mmseg013 python=3.7 -y
conda activate mmseg013

#install cuda11.0 manually#

conda install pytorch=1.7.1 torchvision cudatoolkit=11.0 -c pytorch
pip install mmcv-full==1.3.0
pip install mmcv==1.3.0

git clone https://github.com/open-mmlab/mmsegmentation.git
cd mmsegmentation
pip install -e .

pip install scikit-learn
pip install ipython
pip install attrs
pip install timm
pip install einops
