解决方法

将项目下的build.gradle 中的

repositories {
        jcenter()
        google()
    }

改为

 repositories {
   		google()
        jcenter()
    }

将

allprojects {
    repositories {
        jcenter()
    }
}

改为

allprojects {
    repositories {
    	google()
        jcenter()
    }
}
