git fatal: unable to access *** Timed out

fatal: unable to access ‘http://118.122.250.114:9090/gitlab/project_xmgl/’: Failed to connect to 72.17.18.80 port 8080: Timed out 遇到这样的 错误

解决方式

1、看看你的git配置

git config --global -l

如果你没有任何与https代理相关的内容，例如https_proxy = …问题不在这里。如果您有与https代理相关的内容，请将其从〜/ .gitconfig文件中删除，然后重试。
例如：

这个时候取消代理：

git config --global --unset http.proxy 

git config --global --unset https.proxy 

再进行 pull OR push 就可以了
