项目中的报错

项目可以跑，Test测试报错，最后发现是spring-mvc.xml资源访问写重叠了，写了

<mvc:default-servlet-handler/>就不用写下面的了

报错的原因是因为拿不到下面的文件，而项目页面已经配置正确的静态资源访问路径
