指定python版本运行pip安装

python不同版本执行pip安装python库：

$ which python3.7 
/usr/bin/python3.7

/usr/bin/python3.7 -m pip install scikit-learn -i https://pypi.douban.com/simple

提示：

$ python3.7 -m pip install ntplib -i https://pypi.douban.com/simple
