2. 解决方法

① 删除 C:\Users\ 下面的 .npmrc 文件

② 通过 npm profix 找到npm位置，删除npm文件夹和npm-cache(要以管理员身份删除)

③ 卸载Nodejs 重新安装一遍

④ 设置淘宝镜像 npm config set registry https://registry.npm.taobao.org

⑤ 重新输入npm install 就可以了

⑥ 如果还报错那么可能是node的版本问题，可以下载 nvm 切换node版本
