右键项目–maven–build–Goals中输入 tomcat7：run
http://localhost:8080/maven-plugin

tomcat7 :deploy使用需要配置manager
tomcat配置文件：tomcat-users.xml 中 节点 ：

  <role rolename="manager-gui"/>
  <user username="admin" password="admin" roles="manager-gui"/>

maven配置文件：

 <servers>
    <server>
      <id>tomcat</id>
      <username>admin</username>
      <password>admin</password>
    </server>
  </servers>

这样就可以使用其他插件了，因为在使用这些插件之前需要经过tomcat权限验证。
