【error】CONDA创建/安装包时报错HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url ＜https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main/

Linux服务器使用Anaconda 创建新的环境conda create -n name 或者安装package conda install xxx 时总出错:

原因：镜像问题，无法访问对应网页

解决：将home目录下.condarc文件修改如下：

ssl_verify: true
show_channel_urls: true
 
channels:
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
  - http://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/
  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/free/
  - https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/anaconda/pkgs/main/

可以直接下载到本地打开改，也可以终端输gedit ~/.condarc改

注意：清华镜像源链接最好用 “http”，“https”是加密的很容易出错
