Check out the settings by 3 steps:
a. ' WebClient Service' is running (run > services.msc)
b. in I.E. check Tools> Internet Options> Security> Local Intranet> Sites> Advanced and the site that you want to use explorer view with.
c. in I.E. check Connections> LAN settings> no proxy server/ Use automatic configuration script
