1.下载tcnative-1.dll，下载地址：http://tomcat.heanet.ie/native/1.1.10/binaries/win32/

2.将tcnative-1.dll复制到tomcat的bin目录下

3.重新启动tomcat，如果没有提示推荐安装native library其它版本则OK，

如提示如下：An older version 1.1.9 of the Apache Tomcat Native library is installed, while Tomcat recommends version greater then 1.1.10，则下载相应版本即可。
