解决“正在连接****|：：|：443...失败：拒绝连接”问题

一、问题描述

配置Pyscada时出现：

正在连接raw.githubusercontent.com(raw.githubusercontent.com)|::|:443...失败：拒绝连接

二、解决方法

进入ipaddress.com,搜索raw.githubusercontent.com的IP地址，然后写入文件 /etc/hosts：

sudo nano /etc/hosts

写入格式：

199.232.68.133 raw.githubusercontent.com

保存退出后重启网络：

sudo /etc/init.d/networking restart
