content type



content type的理解：一个个site column的集合组成了content type。

本篇文章主要是写怎样创建一个文本类型

在公司日常需求中我们往往需要用world记录需求文档，用ppt记录新品展示或者用excel文档帮助财务人员记录报表这就可以利用已有模板来创建

下面以新建一个world文档内容内型模板为例

1. site setting-> site content types

2.create

3. fill the below content refer to screenshot

4.advanced Settings and upload a new document template

5.select any document lists and click library settings

6. advanced settings and allow management of content type .

6. Add from existing site content types,select featureWord

7.back to document list and click Files

8.click new document and select  featureWord

9.modify the template and save.
