产品简介：Alexa Fluor430 is a bright green fluorescent dye. Alexa Fluor 430 dye is used for stable signal generation in imaging and flow cytometry analysis, with water solubility and pH insensitivity (pH 4 to pH 10). In addition to reactive dye formulations, we also offer Alexa Fluor430 dyes that can be coupled with various antibodies, peptides, proteins, tracers, and amplification substrates and optimized for cell labeling and detection.

The NHS ester (or succinimide ester) of Alexa Fluor 430 is a popular tool for coupling this dye with proteins or antibodies. NHS esters can be used to label proteins, amine modified oligonucleotides, and other primary amines containing amine molecules (R-NH2). The obtained Alexa Fluor conjugates will exhibit brighter fluorescence and higher photostability than conjugates with similar spectral groups.
