SAP HR module provides lots of benefits for enterprises. However, it also has some weaknesses. To understand SAP HR module in depth and clarity, the discussion which critically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of SAP HR module is stated as follows:

SAP HR module is highly integrated with other modules and satisfies enterprises with their needs and best practices. Therefore, more than 9 thousand companies in the whole world depend on SAP HR module to manage approximately 54 million employees. Why do so many companies choose SAPHR module? Answers will be found as follows:
 
According to sap.com, by and large, the SAP HCM module assists enterprises to match their workforce with organizational objectives, arrange the suitable people in the right job at the right time and ensure that every employee can understand what the business objectives are and monitor their progress to accomplish corporate goals. With the implementation of SAP HCM module, job satisfaction for employee also increases sharply, as SAP HCM module provides many useful functions such as motivation system and the development of potency. Besides, many applications are offered to manage employees, measure their contribution and build better relationships between employers and their employees via ESS ( Employee Self Service).
