Etelcalcetide hydrochloride  是一种合成肽，有钙敏感受体 (CaSR) 活化剂的作用。盐酸依特卡肽是一种钙敏感受体激动剂，作为D-氨基肽拟钙剂，用于继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进。作为变构剂，它可以结合并甲状旁腺中的CaSR（钙敏感受体），从而降低和抑制PTH。它可有效降低接受血液透析的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进患者的 (PTH) 浓度。

Etecatide hydrochloride (CAS No. 1334237-71-6) is a synthetic peptide that acts as a calcium sensitive receptor (CaSR) activator. Etelcalcetide hydrochloride can effectively reduce the concentration of parathyroid hormone (PTH) in patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism undergoing hemodialysis.
