ADH-1 trifluoroacetate中文名是ADH-1三氟乙酸盐，是选择性和竞争性的N-钙粘蛋白拮抗剂，具有潜在抗肿瘤和抗血管生成活性。ADH-1（0.2mg/mL）阻断I型胶原介导的Pancreatic cancer cells的变化，并通过表达N钙粘蛋白而高效预防细胞运动。

ADH-1（0.2 mg/mL）可阻断I型胶原介导的胰腺癌细胞变化，并能有效防止N-钙粘蛋白表达诱导的细胞运动。ADH-1以剂量依赖和N-钙粘蛋白依赖的方式诱导细胞凋亡。在使用N-钙粘蛋白过表达BxPC-3细胞的胰腺癌原位模型中，ADH-1可防止肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移。
