8、在收到商标撤销申请后，德国专利商标局将通知商标注册权利人，如果商标注册权利人在 2 个月内不表示反对，商标将被撤销。

9、在收到商标撤销申请后，德国专利商标局将通知商标注册权利人，如果商标注册权利人在 2 个月内表示反对，德国专利商标局将启动撤销程序。

10、商标必须在注册的全部商品和服务类别上使用，商标注册后连续 5 年不使用的，任何人可以申请德国专利商标局或请求法院撤销该商标的注册。

11、在收到商标撤销申请后，德国专利商标局将通知商标注册权利人，如果商标注册权利人在 2 个月内不表示反对，商标将被撤销。
