【Python】IntelliJ IDEA安装第三方包使用pip报错：Could not fetch URL

在IntelliJ IDEA平台pip命令安装第三方包selenium时出现如下错误：

主要有两个解决方法：

1、指定安装版本

输入命令：pip install selenium==（指定任一版本）
以selenium为例（3.141.59是当前最新版本）：

pip install selenium==3.141.59

2、指定地址

仍以selenium为例：

pip install selenium -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com

镜像地址：

1. http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ 阿里云
2. https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/ 中国科技大学
3. http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ 豆瓣
