ES7上传自定义插件后执行命令报错no such file or directory

问题表现

上传的zip文件内config文件夹通过ES原生安装方式安装后执行index命令报错no such file or directory

windows安装方式：

 .\bin\elasticsearch-plugin install file:D:\Users\bobo\Downloads\search-analyzer-7.17.5-fixed-v18-7.17.5.zip

原因排查

ES7只允许目录下存放jar文件和plugin-descriptor.properties，其他类型的文件或者文件夹进不来。

ES官方文档表述：
Classis plugins are ZIP files composed of JAR files and a metadata file called plugin-descriptor.properties, a Java properties file that describes the plugin.

Note that only JAR files at the root of the plugin are added to the classpath for the plugin. If you need other resources, package them into a resources JAR.
