SpringMVC和Spring配置包扫描时，为什么SpringMVC只需扫描@Controller注解？

因为如果让SpringMVC扫描@Service或者其他对数据库操作的对象的有关注解的话,会让 SpringCore失去对事务的控制。（如果只有一个所有Spring配置都在的SpringMVC配置的话，是没有这些问题的）

解决方法：

1. context:exclude-filter标签：排除对某个注解的扫描

</context:component-scan>

1. context:include-filter标签：添加对某个注解的扫描

<context:component-scan base-package="top.belmode.Controller" >
        <context:include-filter type="annotation" expression="org.springframework.stereotype.Controller" />
</context:component-scan>

context:include-filter要注意，如果base-package扫描的不是最终包，那么其他包还是会扫描、加载，如果在SpringMVC的配置中这么做，会导致Spring不能处理事务，所以此时需要在<context:component-scan>标签上，增加use-default-filters="false"，就是真的只扫描context:include-filter包括的内容

所以一般做法是，在SpringMVC的配置里，之扫描Controller层，Spring配置中扫描所有包，但是排除Controller层。
