maven（用户配置篇）

• maven环境配置
• 在F:\maven（maven的安装目录下）,新建一个本地仓库（localRepository），例：

• maven的用户配置（maven安装目录下（F:\maven\apache-maven-3.5.4\conf）的配置，称为全局配置，用户目录（C:\Users\L\.m2）下的称为用户配置，两者同时存在，它们的内容将会被合并，以用户目录下的setting文件为主）:在用户目录的 .m2目录下配置用户的setting.xml文件，内容如下：
