13. Roman to integer

题目

Given a roman numeral, convert it to an integer. Input is guaranteed to be within the range from 1 to 3999.
即将输入的罗马数字转换成十进制阿拉伯数字。
罗马数字的规律是：
左边数字如果小于右边数字的话，用右边数字减去左边数字；如果左边数字大于右边数字则执行加法。
如IV是5-1=4，VI是5+1=5。
