时间格式处理的兼容性问题（iphone 和ie浏览器）

后台返回  2018-02-01 23:22:00类似这种形式的时间，需要修改成  年  月  日  23:22:00或  天前等

一、time为传来的值
                            time =time.replace(/\-/g, "/");      需将-替换为/这样在ie和iphone
