问题解决：‘pip‘ 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序 或批处理文件。CMD中找不到pip

问题：

在VS2022中Python下import不到cv2，就在cmd上去pip安装，安装过程出错，

原因：

系统变量中的PATH环境变量添加的文件位置不对

解决：

重新设置位置（当前VS版本的Python文件位置都是在Microsoft Visual Studio\Shared\这个文件夹下）

更改后：
