问题所在
账户数据文件与配置文件里的路径不符

[root@rsync html]# cat /etc/user.db 
qz:5514

secrets file = /etc/rsyncd_users.db

修改后即可

[root@client /]# rsync -avz qz@192.168.131.10::wwwroot /qz/
